15. Top quality electronic parts are adopted. All electronic parts equipped in SuperJet, including Main board, Slider board, Movement control board, power adaptors, motors, pumps, data cables, signal sensors, even switches, are top-quality products, which lengthen the printers' use life.
Specially for the Cole main board, slider board, and movement control boards, they all use solid tantalum capacitors, with small inner resistance and good filter effect, which can present Transient Current, and lengthen the print heads piezoelectric-crystal plates' use life in a big scale.
16. Printing while Ripping is available. In the cole main board, slider board, and movement control board, Embedded ARM chips technologies are adopted, which can down the usage rates of CPU and Memory of computers. So that operators can do other works while ripping and printing.
Also some important data, including print heads' calibration parameters, Y-Axis step values, and X-Axis calibration values, etc can be kept in storage in the chips of boards and cards. When changing computers or re-install software, operators can use them directly.
