Applicable Print Materials:
Cotton (cotton, silk cotton and other materials including cotton) fabric sublimation transfer prepress processing, post-processing can be used directly (digital) sublimation transfer.

By using gun spraying, Users can spray this pre-coating evenly on the position of patterns/images of cotton garments/pieces needed a heat transfer process. The heat transfer can be done after the coating dry. Also users can DIP the cotton cloth / clothing / cotton pieces completely in sublimation coating solution, to make them fully disseminated. Then dry or dehydrate the cloth/garments/pieces in a dehydrator, then sublimation transfer process can be done after drying.

Traditional clothing dye-sublimation technology only is suitable for chemical-free polyester cotton fabrics. So pure cotton printed dress/garments need to be printed with a special heat transfer paper, which is not only high-cost, but also make the fabric feel bad. Cotton sublimation transfer coating makes pure cotton (digital) sublimation transfer possible, which is an innovation in the field of digital transfer.

Sublimation coating ensure the comfort of pure cotton after sublimation printing, color brilliant and color fastness. Also the coating can make heat transfer work well, patterns more delicate, not fade in a long time, show excellent hollow effect.

Use Method:

1. Prepare for pure cotton sublimation coating and spraying tool.	2. Prepare for t-shirts
3. Print images by using sublimation inks and sublimation paper.	4. Fill pure cotton sublimation coating in spraying tool.
5. Spray sublimation coating liquid uniformly on the t-shirt, then dry it naturally	6. To speed dry, a blower also can be used.
7. Put the dry t-shirt on heat press' flatbed, and pad a rigid paper under the position where an image will be transferred to.	8. Put the printed picture on the correct position.
9. Heat press temperature 210 Degrees, Time 25-30secods, and start a heat transfer	10. Peel the sublimation paper, the transfer is finished. The t-shirt feel soft and have good water-wash-resistance.
