Treatment method for slight blockage:
Step 1: Soaking
Prepare a small flat plate, square the nozzle in the plate, and then inject printer specific cleaning solution into the mesh plate. The depth should be based on the immersion of the nozzle surface just now. Be careful not to splash water on the cable plug and driver circuit board. The soaking time is 10-15 minutes each time.
Step 2: Spray nozzle pressure flushing
Using a plastic tube from a disposable infusion set, insert one end into a 10mm syringe and the other end into the immersion hole of the nozzle that needs to be rinsed. Insert the cleaning hydraulic pressure from the syringe into the isolation adhesive. This process needs to be repeated multiple times until you see that each ink hole is spraying out a fine water column.
Cleaning method for hose suction pressure (if it is particularly severe, please heat the cleaning solution and try again)
1. Turn off the power, unplug the power cord, and manually move the nozzle cart. If lifting the ink stack photo machine, please lower the ink stack first and then remove the nozzle cart.
2. Get out the nozzle.
3. Extract some cleaning solution with a needle.
4. Insert the small rubber hose on the syringe onto the ink column above the nozzle.
5. Push in 1-3 millimeters of cleaning solution, and ink will leak out under the nozzle.
6. Repeat the above steps for each color one by one.
7. Fill the ink pad with cleaning solution, return the nozzle to its original position, seal the ink pad and nozzle, let the cleaning solution soak the nozzle for 5 minutes, and keep it in a shorter state.
8. After 2 hours, reconnect the power and perform the automatic cleaning of the nozzle, which can be repeated several times.
9. Please replace the ink cartridges at least once every 3-6 months, as this maintenance can extend the lifespan of the photo printer nozzle.
